power green smoothie

what you'll need: 

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant based)

  • 1 scoop vital proteins collagen peptides 

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 small avocado

  • 1/2 cup frozen kale

  • 3 tbsp organic pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)

  • ice

the steps: 

  1. add all ingredients into a high speed blender & blend until smooth

topped with:

  • a sprinkle of Harmonic Arts power green blend
  • love grown foods power o's 
  • unsweetened ribboned coconut
  • raw pumpkin seeds
