Gingersnap Raw Ball

what you'll need:

  • 6 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp molasses
  • 4 chunks candied ginger

the steps:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender & pulse until the mixture reaches a consistency where it stick when pinched together.
  2. Roll in to 1-inch balls & place back onto the parchment paper. 
  3. Drizzle with additional molasses (optional)
  4. Serve or place in the freezer to preserve longer.
