Gingersnap Raw Ball
what you'll need:
- 6 pitted medjool dates
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp molasses
- 4 chunks candied ginger
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender & pulse until the mixture reaches a consistency where it stick when pinched together.
- Roll in to 1-inch balls & place back onto the parchment paper.
- Drizzle with additional molasses (optional)
- Serve or place in the freezer to preserve longer.
