Golden seed & hemp oat bake
what you'll need:
- 1/3 cup rolled quick oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp golden flax seed
- 1/4 tsp green power blend (by Harmonic Arts)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp raw cacao
- maple syrup or honey, to taste (optional)
- almond milk (optional)
- In a small pot, add the oats, chia, & flax seed & cook based on the package directions for the oatmeal. Tip: you may have to add more water than instructed because the chia seed will absorb some of the cooking water.
- Once the oats are tender, remove from heat.
- Pour the cooked oats, chia, & flax into a bowl.
- Sprinkle with hemp hearts, green power blend cinnamon, cacao, & honey.
- Pour over some almond milk for added creaminess!
