strawberry & cherry caulicream bowl

Caulicream is the new nice cream (it's been said on my instagram), this shouldn't be new news! I've taken all the nana out of the ever popular nicecream & replaced it with a less sugary, less carb dense alternative, cauliflower! This cruciferous vegetable contains a wellthy supply of health-promoting phytonutrients (or phytochemicals), are a natural source of antioxidants, supply the body with essential vitamins & minerals, fibre, & contain phenolic compounds which play an important role in cancer prevention and treatment. It's neutral flavour makes it the perfect wellthy complement to a plethora of colourful antioxidant rich berries (a perfect substitute for refined sugars). If you're looking to curb a craving for a fruity smooth treat & want to incorporate more seasonal foods into your day, look no further than this strawberry cherry caulicream bowl, featuring ... local organic strawberries & cherries!
