The first day of summer demands a trio of vibrant salads, don’t you agree?
S E A S O N & S U P P L Y 🌱 I’m so grateful for the opportunity to share this beautiful salad with the guests at tomorrow’s spring into summer dinner. With the summer solstice just days away, we are celebrating one of our richest food seasons here in Alberta. The 100 seat dinner includes a selection of signature cocktails & consists of 6 courses made from ingredients that are grown & raised locally by responsible farms & farmers, & of course in season. I can’t wait to see you guys tomorrow evening or at a future dinner put on by @seasonandsupply
